Laura Marling

Occasionally, I end up with some song or another in my library; just a single somehow. It gets added to a playlist or three. If I like it, it stays, and I hear it from time to time. My playlists are pretty big and always on a shuffle of stuff I haven’t heard immediately, so I don’t pay particular attention to every song that comes and goes.

So, I’m watching Later with Jools the other night, I come across this Laura Marling track above, and think she’s pretty fucking talented.

So I start perusing her, and come to find out, one of those random samples I had was already in my library. A great song too. I’ve included it below. In any case, I picked up A Creature I Don’t Know (which includes the track Sofia below), and I’m really digging it. She’s good stuff.
